Terms and Conditions
- Applicant must attach Photographs of inner and outer view of shop.
- Application will be accepted on the basis of minimum distance parameter of Sansthan. (Note Minimum 2.5 to 3 Km. distance from nearby existing centers.)
- Applicant should not have any judicial trail with any court.
- Please make your rent agreement of shop only after confirmation from Patanjali head quarter Haridwar.
- Display-Racks and sign board will be as per standard of Sansthan, therefore please do not arrange all these item without prior confirmation with Patanjali head quarter Haridwar.
- Patanjali Mega Store, Chikitsalaya and Arogya Kendra will be open at prime location / main Market.
- Appointment of Vaidhya at Patanjali Mega Store and Patanjali Chikitsalaya will be as per rule and regulation of Sansthan.
- It will be fully restricted to sale any other company products at all these stores other than Patanjali Ayurveda, Divya Pharmacy and other brand approved by Sansthan.
- Mega Store, Chikitsalaya and Arogya Kendra should have proper sitting arrangement, parking space, toilets, drinking water facility and display board.
- All Application will be accepted and finalized after proper verification by related department.(No reservation and claims will be entertained in this matter).
- This is a Social and spiritual organization, such person please do not apply who is dealing with alcohol, drugs and narcotics.
- Application received after 15th Jul 2023, the application fee should be Non–refundable.
- It will be mandatory for the applicant to deposit the application fee within 3 working days after the Approval from the Head office.
- It will be mandatory to submit all the necessary Documents for the Contract within 3 months after Approval, if the Documents do not come on time, the Application will be cancelled and the Application fee will not be refunded.

अर्हताएँ व नियमावली
- आवेदन कर्ता आवेदन करते समय स्थान (दुकान) की अंदर व बाहर से तथा मार्केट की फोटो साथ में जरूर उपलब्ध कराएँ।
- आवेदन कर्ता का आवेदन संस्थान द्वारा निर्धारित न्यूनतम दूरी के मापदण्डों के आधार पर ही स्वीकृत किया जाएगा। (नोट: आवेदन करते समय आवेदक स्थान का चयन वर्तमान संचालित केन्द्र से लगभग 2.5 से 3 कि.मी. की दूरी पर ही स्थान का चयन करें) इसमें अंतिम निर्णय संस्थान का रहेगा।
- आवेदक पर न्यायालय से सम्बंधित किसी भी प्रकार का वाद-विवाद नहीं होना चाहिए।
- हरिद्वार मुख्यालय से अनुमति के पश्चात ही केन्द्र के लिए दुकान का किराया अनुबंध (Rent Agreement) करें।
- पतंजलि के केन्द्रों पर डिस्पले रैक एवं साइन बोर्ड संस्थान के नियमानुसार मुख्यालय के निर्देशानुसार ही लगाए जाते हैं अतः मुख्यालय के बिना अनुमति के रैक एवं साइन बोर्ड न बनवाएँ।
- पतंजलि मेगा स्टोर व चिकित्सालय प्राइम लोकेशन व प्रमुख बाजार में ही खोले जायेंगे।
- पतंजलि मेगा स्टोर व चिकित्सालय पर वैद्य की नियुक्ति संस्थान के नियमानुसार की जाएगी।
- पतंजलि मेगा स्टोर व चिकित्सालय व आरोग्य केन्द्र पर दिव्य फार्मेसी, पतंजलि व आयुर्वेद संस्थान द्वारा अनुमोदित वस्तुओं के अतिरिक्त किसी भी अन्य कम्पनी के उत्पाद विक्रय करना पूर्णतया प्रतिबन्धित है।
- पतंजलि मेगा स्टोर व चिकित्सालय के संचालन हेतु प्रस्तावित स्थान पर बैठने, पार्किंग, प्रसाधन, पेयजल, डिस्प्ले बोर्ड आदि की सुनिश्चित व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए।
- आवेदन के पश्चात आवेदन की स्वीकृति सम्बंधित विभाग के माध्यम से नियमानुसार जाँच के पश्चात ही होगी। (नोट- इस सम्बन्ध में आवेदक द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार का दावा स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा)
- नशीले पदार्थों का व्यापार करने वाले व्यक्ति आवेदन-पत्र न भरें क्योंकि हमारी संस्था एक सामाजिक और आध्यात्मिक संस्था है।
- 15 जुलाई 23 के पश्चात जो भी नए केन्द्र खोलने का आवेदन आएगा उसका आवेदन शुल्क (नॉन रिफंडेबल) रहेगा।
- आवेदक को मुख्यालय से अनुमोदन के बाद 3 दिन के भीतर आवेदन शुल्क जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा।
- अनुबंध के लिए सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज अनुमोदन के 3 माह के भीतर जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा, यदि दस्तावेज समय पर नहीं आये तो आवेदन रद्द कर दिया जायेगा तथा आवेदन शुल्क भी वापस नहीं की जायेगी।
नोट:- उपरोक्त नियमावली में संशोधन करने का पूर्ण अधिकार संस्थान के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा।
